Refund Policy
Academic Sphere Publication
Last Updated:
At Academic Sphere Publication, we value our authors, reviewers, and readers.
Since we operate as an open-access publishing platform, transparency in financial transactions is essential.
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.
1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Our journals may charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.
Please note that APCs are intended to cover the costs of editorial work, peer review, typesetting, hosting, and online distribution.
- Once an article has been accepted and the APC has been paid, the fee is generally non-refundable.
- If a payment was made by error or duplicate transaction, a full refund will be issued upon verification.
- If an article is withdrawn by the author before peer review has started, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be considered.
- If a manuscript is rejected after peer review, no refund will be provided since editorial costs are already incurred.
2. Subscription / Service Payments
If you have subscribed to any of our additional services or products:
- Refunds will only be processed if cancellation is requested within 7 working days of payment and the service has not yet been delivered.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been provided or initiated.
